Thank you for considering renting with Apartment Management Services. We are dedicated to providing a home you love in a boutique apartment community. Below are answers to a few standard questions.
Reserving and Application Process:
We offer two ways to apply for an apartment.
- The First is to download the Paper Application, complete and either fax to (424) 207-3631 or scan and email to apartmentmanagment@roadrunner.com.
- Google Forms Online Application
Move-in Costs
The total move in cost is $640.25 ($300 for the first 30 days of rent plus $5.25 renters tax, $300 security deposit, and $35 for the application fee for the first two applications.
Once we receive the application go on line and pay the $35 applcation fee so we can process. Processing takes just a few minutes, during normal operating hours.
Additional important information:
While no one is perfect, we do perform criminal background checks. We are looking for average credit. Evictions are not an automatic disqualifier.
We strickly enforce a FHA Ooccupancy Guidlines which recommend no greater than 3 persons in a one-bedroom apartment, and 5 in a two-bedroom apartment.
We do accept co-signers.

On the day of your move-in, you will be asked to provide identification, two of your most pay stubs, sign a lease, and submit the balance of your move in costs. To learn more about our payment options visit Resident Services.
Renters Insurance: (optional)
It is strongly encouraged every resident obtains renters insurance. Through E-Renter Plan, renters insurance will protect your belongings against harm and the cost is minimal. For the price of a meal for two your belongings could be covered.
