About La Cascada Apartments:
La Cascada Apartment offers large apartments with over 960 square feet of living space. Each two bedroom two bath apartment has large closets, separate dining room and is tastefully appointed. The community is clean and quiet with onsite laundry and covered parking. We offer an online tour of a two bedroom apartment. A nice feature is the thoughtful floor plan and seperate dining room.
Our one bedroom apartments are 640 square feet with a galley kitchen. It is also tastefully appointed. A nice feature of the apartment is that the bathroom is off the hall rather then the bedroom.
La Cascada is located just north of downtown Mesa, east of the 101, north of the 60 and south of the 202 freeways. It is six street miles to Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. The community is very quiet surrounded by condominiums and is kitty corner to the Arizona Regional Medical Center.
La Cascada provides water, sewer, trash, WIFI and cox expanded cable.
Lease Requirements:
Our goal is to provide a safe clean living environment for every resident to enjoy. As such, we perform criminal background, and credit checks on every resident over the age of 18.
Approved applicants will have:
- Documented income of at least $1600 per month.
- Ok Credit history. Resident with evictions have been accepted before it just depends on history since eviction and how long ago.
- Applicants may apply for both communities with one application.
To determine eligibility, we utilize a program called Safe Rent which provides a holistic approach to your application. Based on income, credit history, and rental rates, this program measures the likelihood you will pay rent timely. Past credit problems are considered but are not an automatic disqualifier. If your application is conditionally approved, you will be asked to provide proof of employment.
Pet Policy:
Apartment Management Service believes in the humane and ethical treatment of animals.
- Breed and weight restrictions
- Two dog per household.
- Aggressive breeds are not allowed
- La Cascada is a pet friendly environment.
- All dogs are charged a monthly pet rent of $35.00.
- Additional Security Deposit of $300.00.
Exception: We do not require a pet rent nor an additional security deposit for one indoor cat as long as a kitty litter is used.
